Role Overview

As an AWS Platform Engineer, you will:

• Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Support and accelerate software development through optimized tooling.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing platform engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Platform: Support and optimize development environments for engineers.
• Build & Develop Team: Lead and grow the platform engineering team.
• Stay Cutting Edge: Research and implement new cloud technologies.
• Infrastructure as Code: Manage infrastructure with Terraform.
• Develop Others: Coach and mentor team members to maximize their potential.
