Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of WMS virtual machines using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth application delivery and performance.
• Monitor and maintain systems using Grafana and Oracle EM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.
• Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong service orientation and teamwork mindset.
• Exposure to or experience with:
  • Linux, Oracle, Java
  • AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Git, GitLab, Jira
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or ArgoCD
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • Monitoring tools: Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo
• Understanding of:
  • System administration and operations best practices
  • Monitoring, alerting, and automation
  • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Internship or academic project experience in DevOps or Cloud Computing preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
