Job Description
KSB is seeking a Software Support Engineer to provide support for sales configurators like KSBase and EasySelect. The role includes handling application issues, managing tickets through systems like JIRA and Assyst, creating and updating user manuals and FAQs, maintaining the internal knowledge database, and assisting during test phases of the sales configurators. This position requires collaboration and effective communication to ensure seamless operations of the sales configuration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support for sales configurators (KSBase, EasySelect) in case of application issues.
- Incident handling and ticket management through JIRA and Assyst.
- Create and update user manuals, FAQs, Readmes, and documentation for KSBase and EasySelect.
- Maintain internal knowledge base and support materials.
- Assist during the test phases of sales configurators.
- Handle database maintenance including users, currency factors, and permissions.
- Develop and maintain authorization concepts.
- Conduct basic and advanced training for users.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-year commercial training with several years of experience in IT.
- Interest in working with software and technology.
- Basic SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of EasySelect (document creation, linking with SAP) is a plus.
- Sales experience is desirable.
- Sociable, communicative, and a team player.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel.
