Tech Support Engineer (TSL45755)

About the Role
KritiLabs is seeking Electronics Engineers with strong foundational knowledge in electronics and engineering concepts. This role involves supporting device troubleshooting, maintenance, and replacements across operational locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for device maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacements
- Train operations team members on product knowledge and solutions
- Document support activities and updates
- Handle customer technical queries via calls, emails, and chats
- Provide clear, step-by-step resolutions or escalate complex issues
- Log all interactions and maintain issue statuses in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers for resolution status and satisfaction
- Offer proactive voice-based support and technical guidance
- Ensure thorough documentation of issues and resolutions
Qualifications
- Education: BE/Diploma in Electronics, EEE, or Mechatronics
- Strong understanding of electronics and related engineering principles
- Teamwork experience is a plus
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of CRM tools and documentation is advantageous
