ROLE OVERVIEW Your role spans designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating cloud infrastructure, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and enforcing cloud security best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and administer remote servers for multiple clients
• Handle technical support tickets, troubleshooting, and managed hosting operations
• Perform performance tuning, patch management, and server/network administration
• Manage helpdesk operations and plan scheduled maintenance activities
• Automate deployments for faster, secure, and reliable releases
• Diagnose and resolve system, software, and network infrastructure issues
• Manage onboarding, migration, and deployment of dedicated & virtual servers
• Mentor IT & Network teams and provide continuous operational support
• Strengthen security practices, automation standards, and deployment methodologies
• Maintain infrastructure health reports, breakdown analytics, and compliance documentation
• Ensure adherence to ISO and security compliance standards

CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS

• CI/CD Pipelines: GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE)
• Monitoring & Observability: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Site24x7, New Relic
• Cloud Security: IAM, firewalls, network security groups, secrets management
• Operations: On-call support, incident handling, root cause analysis

NICE TO HAVE

• Strong experience with GCP or Azure
• Client-facing communication experience
• Exposure to DevSecOps tools (Snyk, Trivy, OpenVAS)
• Expertise in high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud cost optimization
• Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering teams
