Job Overview
The Analyst – Data Analytics role will focus on supporting IT audit and assurance services related to controls testing (ITGC, SOX), SOP documentation, and change management within a digital transformation framework. The role supports Shell’s audit simplification and automation goals through technology and process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT Audit services including SOX, ITGC, and ISO27001 assessments
• Design SOPs and perform control testing
• Support Change Management and Incident Management procedures
• Work on audit processes related to user access control
• Produce high-quality documentation and audit deliverables
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for audit process improvements

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of ITGC, SOX audit execution, and documentation
• Understanding of ISO27001 standards and control frameworks
• Familiarity with Change and Incident Management processes
• Proficiency in documentation, analysis, and SOP creation
