Position Overview

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and CoPilot studio. The engineer ensures the usability of products and platforms, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions that contribute to the performance targets and uninterrupted business operations.

This role requires deep knowledge of low-code concepts, hands-on experience, and the ability to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions aligned with business objectives. The engineer will contribute to operational efficiency, drive growth, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, including the use of Co-Pilot studio and Dataverse.
  • Automate workflows and business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and trends.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Provide technical support and training to users.
  • Address bugs, security vulnerabilities, and provide technical fixes.
  • Guide teams in effectively using the Microsoft Power Platform, applying problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
  • Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Work with APIs and connectors to integrate disparate systems with Power Platform applications.

Requirements

  • Min 8 years of experience in enterprise automation and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Strong development experience on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with Common Data Service, data connectors, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with backlog management using JIRA and translating business and technical viewpoints.
  • Strong familiarity with DevOps and agile ways of working.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a deep interest in automation technology.
