About the Role

Join the Platform/DevOps Engineering team at Kognito Kube to build, run, and optimize the pipelines, infrastructure, and tooling that deliver enterprise-scale products. This role starts with a 3-month internship, designed for fresh graduates passionate about Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Infrastructure Automation. High-performing interns will be offered a Full-Time DevOps Engineer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage services using Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, or AKS.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for reproducible cloud environments.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Secure pipelines with SAST/DAST tools (e.g., Trivy) and manage secrets effectively.
• Automate operational tasks with Bash or Python scripts.
• Support release management, environment provisioning, and incident response.
• Document runbooks, dashboards, and DevOps standards for internal use.

Required Skills (Must-Haves)

• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking basics (HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing), and Git.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (Pods, Services, Deployments).
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn quickly.
