About the Role:
As a Junior DevOps Labs Engineer, you’ll collaborate with trainers and content teams to design and implement hands-on lab training systems. You’ll deploy product updates, create DevOps lab environments, and implement integrations to enhance the learning experience. If you have a solid background in system administration and familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform — we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Build Training Labs:

  • Collaborate with trainers to design hands-on lab exercises.
  • Build and test training exercises with validation scripts.
  • Create quizzes to assess student knowledge and skills.

• Deploy & Maintain Lab Infrastructure:

  • Deploy updates and fixes for lab environments.
  • Debug infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support and improve customer experience.

• Automation & Cloud Labs:

  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, and Shell scripts.
  • Build lab environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Create cloud practice labs for AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• System Maintenance:

  • Design troubleshooting procedures and maintain system stability.

Requirements:

• Must-Have:

  • Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Bash/Shell, JSONPath.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Willingness to review and improve lab content.
  • Openness to on-call rotation and occasional late meetings with US-based instructors.

• Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Training and presentation skills.
