Role Overview:
As a DevOps Engineer (System Engineer), you will design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure to support Knorex’s global advertising platform. You’ll manage large-scale, public-facing systems, automate deployments, and ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, install, configure, and manage cloud-based Linux servers.
• Automate workloads using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Monitor and optimize systems using ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support cross-functional development teams with CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues quickly and efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement new cloud computing and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple regions to meet SLA and uptime goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP/S, DNS).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Ruby.
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud migration strategies (cloud-to-cloud, hardware-to-cloud).

Preferred Qualifications:

• CKA certification and/or AWS certification.
• Proven ability to build systems from scratch.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-traffic web platforms.
