Program Overview

Kipi’s Empower, Engage and Nurture (KEEN) Program is a scholarship initiative designed for college graduates with a degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science. The program provides a platform for underrepresented individuals and those from lower-income families to receive Snowflake training and certification. This opportunity aims to enhance their competitiveness in the market and open new doors within the Snowflake ecosystem.

The KEEN Program offers an opportunity for engineering/IT graduates impacted by social or economic challenges to receive training and certification in Snowflake and related tools. We aim to build a better career path for these individuals, empowering them to thrive in the tech industry. This is a company-funded scholarship program with a focus on skill development, personality growth, and career advancement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 23 years old.
• Nationality: Indian nationals only.
• Education:
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university.
  • Students in the 4th year - 8th Semester or awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
• Financial Need:
  • The program is for underrepresented individuals or those from lower-income families.
  • Applicants must provide a Financial Statement of Need and proof of income at the time of application processing.
• Other Restrictions:
  • Applicants should not be receiving any other scholarship or holding another internship/job at the same time.
  • Company Discretion: Kipi reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
