Job Description:
Join KIBO, a global leader in headless digital commerce platforms, as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). You'll work on scaling and securing systems that power commerce solutions used by top brands globally.

This is a high-impact role ideal for experienced SRE professionals who specialize in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps Automation, and observability tooling. Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure & Reliability:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
• Ensure high availability and system reliability across platforms
• Collaborate on building fault-tolerant, secure, and scalable systems

Monitoring & Observability:

• Develop and enhance real-time alerting and monitoring systems
• Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
• Lead post-mortems and root cause analyses

Automation & DevOps:

• Automate deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and system configurations
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
• Improve security posture across cloud environments

On-Call Support & Incident Response:

• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation
• Troubleshoot production issues across distributed systems
• Drive system reliability with a proactive engineering mindset

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
• Deep knowledge of Linux, networking, and distributed cloud architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP (Azure is a plus)
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD, Flux
• Strong skills in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD workflows
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Go
• Knowledge of security best practices and cloud compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS)
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team

• Experience working in global, remote DevOps teams
• Exposure to composable or MACH architecture platforms
• Strong documentation and automation skills
