Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Application Support / Cloud Ops Engineer to join our global Cloud Operations team. You’ll maintain and enhance the reliability of our SaaS infrastructure, resolve incidents, and automate operational tasks while working closely with Development, Product, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve production and non-production issues within defined SLAs
• Investigate logs and troubleshoot services
• Deliver RCA and implement remediation
• Support deployments and monitor software versions
• Improve processes and automate tasks
• Communicate effectively across teams
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
• Operate under pressure and adapt to schedule flexibility

Key Requirements:

• 5–6 years in application support/cloud operations
• Strong Linux knowledge (CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux)
• AWS experience and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Middleware platforms: JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, NGINX
• Scripting: Bash, Shell, Python, Groovy, Perl
• Tools: Git, Terraform, Ansible, Zabbix
• Networking: DNS, LDAP, Firewalls, SFTP
• AWS & OCI cloud platforms
• Jira, Confluence familiarity

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certification
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• RDBMS (Oracle), Big Data (Hadoop, Spark)
• WebSphere, WebLogic, ElasticSearch, Kibana, EMR
• BI/ETL Tools: Informatica, Looker

Education:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
