Intern – Technology Support
Company: JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle)
Location: On-site – Gurugram, Haryana
Type: Full-time Internship
Duration: 48 hours/week

Role Overview
Join JLL’s Technology Support team and gain hands-on experience in hardware setup, software installation, project coordination, and IT support in a real-world business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site tech deployments (hardware setup & software installations)
- Maintain accurate inventory records of tech assets
- Participate in user training and documentation
- Troubleshoot technical issues during installations
- Support deployment project coordination
- Analyze user feedback and prepare deployment reports
- Shadow experienced tech professionals
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Passion for technology and IT support
- Basic understanding of hardware/software systems and networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work 40–50 hours/week
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior IT internship or related experience
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux
- Familiarity with inventory systems and networking concepts
- Interest in project management tools or practices
Eligibility Criteria (Apprenticeship Specific)
- Graduates/Diploma holders (within the past 3 years) or MBA graduates (past 5 years)
- Aadhaar-seeded bank account
- Registered on the apprenticeship portal
- Not currently under an active government apprenticeship (NATS/NAPS)
- Indian candidates only (foreign university graduates not eligible)
