What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot complex customer CI/CD environments
• Script in Bash, Python, or Groovy for automation and debugging
• Set up JFrog & third-party tools in various environments
• Analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, and system parameters
• Reproduce bugs, suggest improvements, and raise feature requests
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Sales, and Release teams
• Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base
• Be open to flexible work hours and occasional weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support
• Strong understanding of Java or other compiled languages
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Experience handling complex, escalated, multi-platform support issues
• Familiarity with databases, LDAP, NGINX, Apache Tomcat
• Experience in DevOps tools & platforms
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one required)
