Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ETL Tester with experience in database testing, SQL, and ETL tools like Informatica. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing the Data Warehousing process, creating complex queries, and handling large datasets with a strong knowledge of finance domain and ETL processes.
Essential Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Database Testing
- Expertise in PL/SQL, able to read/write stored procedures, and complex queries
- Experience in DWH (Data Warehousing) concepts and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica)
- Experience in job scheduling tools like Control M
- Reporting tools experience: Oracle BIP Report, OBIEE, Tableau
- Sound knowledge of the finance domain
- Understanding of ETL processes
- Ability to understand complex requirements and draft testing strategies
- Knowledge of the testing life cycle and hands-on experience with testing deliveries
- Ability to handle senior stakeholders
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Automation Testing is a plus
- Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (e.g., Gauge/Cucumber)
- Shell Scripting
- API Testing (SOAP and REST)
