Job Overview

Join IQUW as a Junior Cloud Platform Engineer and be part of the transformation of modern insurance through cloud computing, infrastructure automation, and DevOps best practices. This is a hands-on hybrid role designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about cloud engineering, Azure platforms, and infrastructure as code.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure cloud solutions using Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and DevOps pipelines
• Manage and support the Azure cloud estate and ensure high availability and performance
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and respond to incidents within SLAs
• Work on CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and implement automation workflows
• Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams for cross-functional cloud operations
• Participate in security, performance, and resilience testing

Essential Skills and Experience

• Basic hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform preferred
• Familiar with Linux-based systems, scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies
• Developer mindset — eager to automate and improve
• Basic understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps culture

• Experience in cloud computing with certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
