We are seeking a System Engineer L1 with expertise in server technologies and strong problem-solving skills to join our dynamic Support Team. This role is ideal for candidates targeting high-paying IT support jobs, Windows/Linux server administration roles, or cloud and virtualization support positions in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting for system-related issues
• Support Windows Server OS, Linux, VMware, Storage technologies
• Monitor system performance to ensure availability and reliability
• Basic understanding of Cloud technologies and SaaS
• Use Trouble ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy to manage support tickets
• Liaise with TAC, vendors, and IT teams for problem resolution
• Work effectively in a 24×7 rotational shift environment
• Apply ITIL practices for incident and problem management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of server technologies, OS, databases, and applications
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and filesystems
• Knowledge of VMware and storage systems
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and across global organizations
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
