About the Role:

As an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of Intelliflo’s flagship investment management platform. You will be responsible for testing new features, modules, and business logic, delivering software with the highest quality possible. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance, while working within an Agile SCRUM framework.

Core Responsibilities:

• Study functional specifications and participate in product feature discussions.
• Design and document tests, create automation scripts to validate APIs and UI.
• Execute manual test plans and collaborate with developers to ensure flawless implementation.
• Learn best practices in test design and implement them while creating comprehensive test cases.
• Work as part of a SCRUM team to test software from an end-user perspective.

What You Will Learn:

• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle at Intelliflo.
• Test automation with tools like TestRail and JIRA.
• Functional testing, API testing, and UI testing.
• Apply software testing principles to derive efficient tests providing comprehensive coverage.
• Analyze functional specifications and translate them into effective test cases.
• Learn about the investment management domain and gain knowledge of financial advisory systems.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Passion for quality assurance and learning new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
• Test management tools: Familiarity with TestRail and JIRA is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and experience in API testing.
• Interest in learning about investment management and financial advisory systems.
