Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our product support team. This is a great opportunity for entry-level engineers looking to grow their careers in a customer-facing, technical role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for product-related queries and issues.
- Log and manage customer support tickets via Zendesk and/or JIRA.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams for recurring issues and product improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and interactions.
- Attend training to gain product expertise.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to each situation.
Qualifications
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.
- Technical: Basic SQL knowledge.
- Communication: Strong English skills (written & spoken).
- Listening: Active listening to identify and understand issues.
- Problem Solving: Logical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Critical Thinking: Root cause analysis and resolution skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift.
- Teamwork: Collaborate well in a team environment.
