About the Role:

Instaresz Business Services is hiring a Network Administrator Intern to support and optimize its internal IT infrastructure. This internship is an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with modern networking tools, VPNs, firewalls, virtualization, and cloud platforms in a production environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and monitor network performance
• Manage IP addressing, NAT, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
• Maintain and audit network security policies and firmware updates
• Document topology, IP plans, and network changes
• Collaborate with IT and sysadmin teams to address infrastructure demands

Skills Required:

• 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT system administration
• Strong understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, firewalls, routing, and VPNs
• Proficient in both Windows Server & Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
• Knowledge of Apache, MySQL, Postfix server management
• Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS & DHCP
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Cloud knowledge: AWS / Azure fundamentals
• Basic scripting skills: PowerShell / Bash
• Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities
