Job Description:

Infosys BPM is hiring freshers for the Process Executive role based in Hyderabad. If you are a graduate with excellent communication skills and the willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Data Processing: Perform data processing tasks, manage outbound calls, and conduct website research.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
• Shift Work: Must be flexible and comfortable working in night shifts (rotational).
• Multitasking: Efficiently handle voice and data entry tasks simultaneously.
• Outbound Calls: Manage outbound calls in a timely manner following scripts and handling different scenarios.
• Website Research: Proficient in basic computer knowledge and excellent website research & navigation skills.

Key Requirements:

• Education: BCom, BBA, MCom, MBA (Any Specialization).
• Skills: Good command over English Grammar, fluency in English.
• Experience: Freshers with no prior work experience required.
• Other: Immediate joiners only; no long leave plans for at least 1 year.
• Work Environment: Work from office only (No WFH option).

• Graduates with good communication skills and a willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and skilled at website research.
• Able to interpret content, manage data entry, and handle outbound calls effectively.
