About the Role

Infobahn India is hiring a highly motivated L1 AWS Cloud Support Engineer to join our technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about Cloud Computing, AWS, and technical support, looking to build a long-term career in the Cloud and DevOps domain.

As part of our Managed Services division, you will be the first point of contact for customer issues, helping ensure the stability, performance, and availability of AWS cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer issues via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM.
• Monitor environments, respond to alerts, and take corrective actions proactively.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow).
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with detailed documentation.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills

• Foundational knowledge of AWS Core Services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM).
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
• Basic understanding of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
