Job Description:

• Implement, maintain, and support desktop IT hardware (telephones, desktop computers, printers)
• Provide email/chat support, create tickets, and resolve issues
• Remote installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Windows OS and authorized applications
• Assist users with technical issues in patient care systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve Windows applications issues quickly
• Troubleshoot internet/LAN/WAN connectivity issues
• Escalate issues to the appropriate resolver group using IT ticketing systems
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers & related hardware
• Collaborate across departments to resolve cross-functional issues
• Configure desktop hardware to meet business standards
• Maintain technical documentation and reports
• Work as a team player across IT departments
• Maintain customer service excellence
