Job Overview

Infinite Computer Solutions is hiring a skilled IT User Lifecycle Analyst to streamline and enhance IT onboarding processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring new employees are equipped with all required systems, devices, and access. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role involving IT support, automation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user objects, security groups, and O365 mailboxes in Active Directory
• Monitor and support Active Directory automation processes
• Coordinate IT onboarding logistics in partnership with HR and cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate via Service Desk
• Maintain and create Service Desk knowledgebase articles
• Conduct weekly onboarding operations and ensure seamless experiences
• Review, fulfill, and document access/service requests
• Provide technical support via email, chat, phone, and in-person
• Train users in applications and tools
• Generate reports using PowerShell and Service Desk tools
• Collaborate with system administrators for IT projects and system improvements

Skills & Tools Required

• Strong experience in Active Directory, Office 365, PowerShell
• Familiarity with SSO/SAML provisioning, password resets, account unlocks
• Solid understanding of networking, Windows OS (7/10/365), and Server editions (08/12/16/19)
• Experience with both Windows and MacOS environments
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail
• Knowledge of helpdesk systems and SLAs
• Passion for learning, improving systems, and contributing to IT process maturity
