About This Role
We are seeking a Systems Analyst I to join our Configuration Solutions team. You will configure platforms to support new product launches, merchant integrations, and transaction processing. This role offers hands-on experience in database management, SQL, Java, and system configuration with opportunities for leadership and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure systems for product launches, merchant onboarding, and payment processors
- Analyze business requests and implement system changes to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Perform testing of configurations before production release
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (Level 3 Support)
- Provide technical consulting to partners, processors, and merchants
- Create automation tools to improve configuration quality and efficiency
- Serve as a subject matter expert for configuration solutions
- Train and guide data analysts and testers
- Follow QA and Change Control procedures for production updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of relevant IT experience
- Bachelor’s in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries
- Core Java and object-oriented programming knowledge
- Experience with stored procedures and database management
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- High adaptability and creativity in finding solutions
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in FinTech or payment systems
- Knowledge of J2EE, .NET, and Visual Basic
- Familiarity with relational database structures and reporting tools
