Job Overview
Inchcape Shipping Services is hiring a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join their Technology Team. You will be responsible for implementing and managing AWS infrastructure, driving CI/CD automation, ensuring system reliability, and improving DevOps practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and scale AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, or TeamCity.
• Configure DevOps tools for automation, observability, and performance monitoring.
• Perform Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) duties including root cause analysis and incident response.
• Apply Agile methodologies and manage DevOps operations across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
• Monitor and optimize system KPIs, performance, and user experience.
• Work with AWS native services like EC2, Lambda, S3, and Simple Queue Service.

Technical Skills Required

• AWS Solutions Architect (Professional) Certification.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket, GitHub, SonarQube, CAST.
• Observability tools: ELK Stack, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch.
• Experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on with scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, Node.js, Web API.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or AWS MQ.
• Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL best practices.
• Database: Experience with PostgreSQL (RDS preferred).

Preferred Experience

• Configuration management using Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet.
• Strong Linux and Windows OS fundamentals.
• Agile and DevSecOps implementation experience.
• XML, JSON, YAML pipeline configurations.
• Exposure to incident and change management processes.
