About the Role:
Impact Analytics is hiring a skilled SQL Developer to work with complex databases and deliver optimized, scalable solutions for business insights. Your Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize SQL queries (T-SQL/PL-SQL)
• Design normalized and well-indexed database structures

You Bring:

• 1–3 years of hands-on SQL development experience

• Experience in performance tuning and indexing
• Familiarity with data modeling tools
• Bonus: Understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Certifications like Azure DBA Associate are a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
