Job Description:

Join the iManage Technology Partner Team and contribute to enhancing partner experiences through streamlined integrations, system support, and administrative coordination. This role bridges technical operations with cross-team collaboration.


Responsibilities:

  • Register OAuth 2.0 applications and maintain documentation
  • Coordinate with Documentation and Partner teams to update Help Center content
  • Execute outreach campaigns and manage partner communications
  • Administer and audit partner catalog data with Channel Program Managers
  • Generate reports using Zendesk, analyze trends, and suggest improvements
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding partners and manage Salesforce records
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work remotely during EMEA hours
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk (a plus)
  • Adaptable and self-motivated team player

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Certifications in Cloud, APIs, or OAuth
  • Experience with ticketing systems or help centers
  • Strong interest in APIs and partner enablement
