• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and Cloud Computing.
• Understanding of Networking fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one scripting language: Bash / Python / Go.
• Understanding of how web technologies work, along with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like:
  • Datadog
  • New Relic
  • Zabbix
  • Nagios
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
• Enthusiastic, curious, and a self-learner with a passion for DevOps and automation.
