Role Overview

As an Associate Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, application servers, and automation scripting while ensuring system performance, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IIS, Apache, and Nginx web servers.
• Deploy and configure .NET applications with SSL integration.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot application and server issues.
• Manage and secure Windows/Linux OS environments, including upgrades and patches.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Configure and manage AWS services (EC2, Route53, ALB, S3, CloudFront, ECS, VPC, RDS, Docker).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker).
• Handle networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
• Provide production support in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Cloud/System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS tools and services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Docker, SSL, DNS.
• Good understanding of web technologies and application servers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
