IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Terraform, and Packer. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in automating cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across the organization’s technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• AWS Cloud Management: Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Automated Provisioning: Develop and implement automated provisioning processes using Terraform and Packer.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Promote and maintain IaC principles across all infrastructure projects.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with project goals and ensure clear communication of changes.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring solutions to track system health, optimize performance, and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Security & Compliance: Maintain cloud infrastructure in accordance with security best practices and banking compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar cloud-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud Management and Automated Provisioning.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Packer for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Secondary Skills

• AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
