What You’ll Do

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be the backbone of critical production systems—ensuring high availability, proactive monitoring, and operational excellence across IDEMIA’s global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harden platforms pre/post-deployment: optimize configs, enhance security, and build custom monitoring
• System health checks: Track and improve availability, performance, and reliability metrics
• Incident recovery: Rapid diagnosis, resolution, and root-cause analysis
• Automation & CI/CD support: Validate readiness via automated smoke tests
• DevOps collaboration: Influence product design for better operability
• Mentor & coach: Guide teams on monitoring, deployments, cloud tooling, and more
• Stakeholder communication: Manage change communications and updates during incidents

Who You Are

• Experienced in site reliability engineering, cloud platforms, or DevOps
• Skilled in system monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning
• Passionate about automation, security, and scaling infrastructure
• Great communicator and team collaborator
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
