Job Description:
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled AWS cloud engineer or DevOps analyst to join their Infrastructure Cloud team. This team focuses on enhancing developer collaboration tools, automating build/release pipelines, and managing AWS shared services platforms. You will work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, shaping scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure to support financial services globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance utilities or automation tools to reduce manual efforts and boost efficiency
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code templates (Terraform, CloudFormation) to automate AWS resource provisioning
• Review architecture documents to ensure operational readiness, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Monitor industry trends and emerging cloud technologies
• Participate in on-call rotations and recommend solutions to minimize toil and technical debt

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1.5+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, or SRE roles focused on AWS environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, ECS, ELB, EventBridge, Kinesis, Route 53, SNS, SQS, CloudTrail, API Gateway, CloudFront, VPC, Transit Gateway, IAM, Security Hub, and Service Mesh
• Proficiency in Python or Golang programming
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation
• Track record of reducing manual administrative tasks through automation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible automation tools
• Familiarity with API-first service delivery
• Background in system administration, networking, or security
• Experience managing large-scale environments (thousands of servers)
