Job Description:

Hyland Software, a global leader in content and process management solutions, is hiring for the role of DevOps Engineer 1 in its Kolkata office. This position focuses on supporting CI/CD infrastructure, cloud-native tools, and automation for secure and scalable deployments across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes
• Automate deployment and operational processes across staging and production environments
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application performance testing
• Maintain accurate documentation of deployments and configurations
• Assist in upgrades, installations, and issue resolution related to deployments
• Integrate test automation and security practices into DevOps workflows
• Participate in internal learning and external knowledge-building initiatives

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Jenkins
• Experience with Linux and Windows server administration
