Position Overview

We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our hybrid cloud team in London. This full-time role involves designing, deploying, and automating scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform in AWS and Azure
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and AWS CodePipeline
• Maintain secure and fault-tolerant environments for development and production
• Monitor systems using Amazon CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Collaborate with developers to integrate DevOps practices across all stages of the SDLC
• Automate manual tasks to improve development workflows and reduce downtime
• Document infrastructure changes, security practices, and incident resolutions
• Ensure all deployments follow cloud security standards and compliance guidelines

Required Skills

• 1+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with Bash, PowerShell, or Python scripting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Good documentation and analytical capabilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
