Role Overview

As an entry-level Cloud Platform Engineer – Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative data engineering team focused on designing and building scalable, cloud-based data solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to support data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in programming and a passion for data engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable, cloud-based data solutions.
• Support data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India, the US, and Canada.
• Gain hands-on experience with modern data tools, cloud platforms, and real-world datasets.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with data tools such as S3, Redshift, RDS, Glue, or similar.
• Understanding of structured and semi-structured data handling.
• Strong analytical mindset with a learning attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.

Preferences

• Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to data pipelines or cloud data services.
• Familiarity with distributed data processing (e.g., PySpark) and concepts like data lakes, warehouses, or mesh.
• Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of containerized environments and cloud infrastructure tools.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or relevant online courses are a plus.
