🔹 Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join HTC Global as a Technical Lead. You will be responsible for managing IIS servers, load balancers, API troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth application flows with strong cloud and scripting knowledge.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support with strong IIS server configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Manage and troubleshoot load balancers effectively
• Handle API proxies, integrations, certificate management, and troubleshooting
• Work with Cloudflare and DNS management
• Use APM tools to monitor and troubleshoot API and application flows
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and support
• Collaborate with teams to resolve Windows server issues and support .NET applications

🔹 Required Skills and Experience:

• Solid background in Production Support
• Expertise in IIS Server administration and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Load Balancers
• Experience with API troubleshooting and proxy management
• Familiarity with Cloudflare and DNS operations
• Proficiency in PowerShell or scripting languages
• Understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools

🔹 Good to Have:

• Experience with .NET applications
• Familiarity with SFTP protocols
• Knowledge of Windows Server troubleshooting
• Experience with additional troubleshooting tools
