Job Overview

This position is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for ensuring system uptime, reliability, and performance for globally deployed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cloud-based systems and applications for performance and uptime.
• Implement DevOps best practices across build, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
• Work on infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Docker.
• Support and optimize CI/CD workflows for faster and reliable deployments.
• Handle incident management and system troubleshooting during live operations.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure scalable and secure system architecture.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Operations.
• Strong understanding of Linux system administration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch).
• Good scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of networking concepts, load balancers, DNS, and firewalls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in AWS / Azure / DevOps / Kubernetes are an added advantage.
• Prior experience with infrastructure automation and 24x7 production systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work during US time zone.
