Job Description
Celigo is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) to join the CloudExtend team. This role involves troubleshooting software issues, fixing bugs, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with development teams to enhance enterprise productivity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, diagnose software issues, and resolve them promptly
- Assist in bug fixing and issue resolution using .NET, MongoDB, Angular, JavaScript
- Monitor system performance and address production issues
- Work closely with development teams to deploy new features and resolve problems
- Maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting, deployment, and issue resolution
- Continuously learn and adapt to industry best practices and emerging technologies
Skills Required
Technical Skills:
- AWS: Basic knowledge of EC2, S3, Lambda, ECR, CDK, and CodePipeline
- .NET: Familiarity with C#, .NET Core, Web API development
- MongoDB: Basic understanding of querying and database management
- Angular: Experience with building and troubleshooting web applications
- JavaScript: Understanding of async programming, error handling, and debugging
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Git for version control
- Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch or other monitoring tools
- CI/CD pipeline setup using Azure DevOps and AWS CodePipeline
- Basic experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of AWS CloudFormation and CDK templates
