Job Description:

  • Provide technical support (troubleshooting, online testing, problem resolution) to clients/customers.
  • Facilitate customer calls to address issues raised with the technical support team.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting, analysis, and testing of service flows.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Capture and document all queries via ticketing tools, email, and calls.
  • Respond to customers through various communication channels with timely updates.
  • Maintain regular reports and share periodic updates with stakeholders.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to team and organizational processes.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, MySQL, Oracle, Phoenix, and Hive.
  • Strong analytical mindset for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment.
