🎯 Role Overview:

As a Tech Ops Associate, you will:
✔ Work with Linux-based systems, handling files, filtering, and finding patterns
✔ Use XML, Regex, Linux commands, and SQL queries for operational tasks
✔ Monitor, identify, and escalate software/hardware issues as needed
✔ Document processes and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
✔ Meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
✔ Work independently while collaborating with teams when needed

🔑 Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office applications
✔ Basic knowledge of Linux, XML, Regex, SQL (preferred)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Detail-oriented with the ability to escalate issues timely
✔ Excellent documentation and communication skills
