As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will lead and support Development, Deployment, Delivery, Operations, and Monitoring capabilities for Cloud-based solutions. You’ll implement DevOps infrastructure and deployment automation while ensuring systems are highly available, scalable, fault tolerant, and performant.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔄 DevOps Automation

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build infrastructure on AWS/Azure for production and non-production environments.
• Automation: Create scripts and pipelines to improve delivery orchestration, monitoring, and self-healing capabilities.
• Operational Excellence: Lead service availability, operations validation, and cloud automation strategy execution.

🧱 Automation Platform

• Reusable Components: Build scalable, high-availability solutions with monitoring, backup, and restore capabilities.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Design and maintain continuous delivery pipelines, code analysis, testing, and release management.

☁️ Cloud Platform

• Cloud Operations: Manage public cloud (AWS/Azure) services: VPC, VPN, load balancers, databases, etc.
• Provisioning: Oversee infrastructure deployment via IaC tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar.
• Collaboration: Work with architects and development teams for application migration and cloud integration.

🔧 DevOps Operations

• High-Velocity Delivery: Deliver solutions from concept to deployment within weeks.
• Automation First: Streamline business processes and technology operations.
• Support: Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.

🔍 Monitoring & Cost Management

• Cloud Tenant Management: Manage AWS account provisioning and cost optimization strategies.
• Monitoring Tools: Ensure proactive issue resolution using tools like Splunk, CloudWatch, and Logstash.

💡 Essential Skills

• Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile practices.
• Version Control: Expertise in Git, SVN, or similar tools.
• CI/CD Tools: Hands-on with GitLab, Jenkins, Travis CI, etc.
• IaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, etc.
• Containerization: Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build Tools: Skilled in Maven, Gradle, Ant.
• Programming: Advanced in JavaScript, Java, Python, GoLang.
• Scripting: Strong in Python, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell.
• System Admin: Deep understanding of Linux/Windows OS and performance tuning.

☁️ Cloud Expertise

• AWS Services: Experience with EC2, ELB, VPC, S3, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, ECS, EKS.
• Networking: Proficiency in DNS, Load Balancers, VPN, SSL, CIDR management.
• Cost Management: Knowledge of AWS cost optimization and chargeback strategies.

🔧 Tool Proficiency

• Artifact Management: Experience with JFrog Artifactory.
