🎯 Responsibilities:

• Provide swift resolutions to customer inquiries across 24x5 shifts
• Deliver prompt, high-quality support via email, chat, Slack, and video calls
• Handle technical troubleshooting related to integrations, APIs, and cloud services
• Proactively identify trends, report gaps in documentation, and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on product developments, known issues, and compliance policies
• Address critical issues, communicate with engineers, and track customer feedback

🧠 Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer or Technical Support (preferably SaaS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills (Cloud, Integrations, APIs)
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure and Change management solutions
• Calm, patient demeanor during challenging customer interactions
• Preferred: Bachelor’s/Engineering Degree, experience with Freshdesk
