As part of the Global Technology organization, you’ll report to the Engineering Manager. You’ll collaborate daily with peer software engineers, product managers, and architects to achieve business objectives and align on development goals.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking an ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer who will develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications, ensuring seamless and scalable user experiences. You’ll play a critical role in building robust features, maintaining system performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality cloud-native software solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1+ years as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.

Technical Skills

• Front-End: Hands-on experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Back-End: Server-side programming with Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
• Databases: Experience with NoSQL databases.
• API Development: Strong exposure to designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS, including serverless architectures and cloud-native development.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or similar tools.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Skills

• CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab.
• Containerization: Knowledge of Docker.
• Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Design & Develop: Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver quality software.
• Front-End Development: Create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces with React.
• Back-End Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Database Management: Develop and manage NoSQL databases.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, etc.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• CI/CD Integration: Maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile processes like sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
