Job Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using React and Java Rest API.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to define and refine requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain technical documentation for code and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with scrum teams and product owners on design decisions.
• Estimate engineering efforts and prioritize high-impact tasks.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Frontend & Java/J2EE development.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST API development.
• Strong knowledge of Java Shared Libraries and Versioning Tools (IntelliJ, Git, Maven).
• Experience in installation, configuration, and integration of tools for development environments.
• Understanding of application server technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling install failures, updates, and supporting local issues.
• Strong curiosity and attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Proven ability to go beyond day-to-day performance expectations.
