Job Overview

As a Software Engineer, you'll work on full-cycle development of scalable web and responsive applications. You’ll collaborate with agile teams to enhance functionality, research issues, and continuously improve systems using test-driven development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web and responsive applications.
• Design and build automated test frameworks.
• Collaborate with agile teams to achieve Sprint deliverables.
• Implement new features and conduct code reviews.
• Research and resolve complex software issues.
• Ensure software meets performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
• Mentor junior Software Engineers.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java, iOS development (Swift, Objective C), Android development, or JavaScript technologies.
• Experience with design patterns like Factory Method, Singleton, Adapter.
• Proficiency in Java, React.js, Redux, Hibernate, Spring.
• Strong understanding of test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium.
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering with experience in recruiting software or 3 years of overall engineering experience.
