Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement systems software to enhance stability, scalability, and performance.
• Take ownership of critical services and drive innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop automation to prevent recurrence.
• Build effective monitoring systems to ensure service health and rapid issue resolution.
• Conduct capacity tests to support infrastructure growth.
• Design systems to work across multiple data centers for reliability.
• Develop tools for deployment automation supporting thousands of daily changes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident escalation.

Tech Stack:

• Programming: Python, Go
• Automation & Configuration: Puppet, Infrastructure as Code
• Orchestration: Kubernetes
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana
• Networking & Storage: HAProxy, Cassandra, Kafka

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in programming with hands-on experience in at least one language.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Puppet, Terraform, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals and networking principles.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
