Job Description:

Genpact is hiring a Process Associate - TSG DevOps to provide technical support, governance, and process automation for vendor partners. This role involves incident management, escalation handling, automation, data analysis, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide technical support and resolve issues for vendor partners.
✔ Develop and maintain governance frameworks for stable operations.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams using the RACI framework.
✔ Participate in on-call rotations for urgent support.
✔ Handle incident management and escalation resolution.
✔ Analyze high-priority tasks and drive process improvements.
✔ Support automation & self-service initiatives.
✔ Maintain process documentation and conduct training workshops.
✔ Perform data analysis and generate insights using Tableau dashboards.
✔ Assist in onboarding new vendors and aligning them with systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Strong communication & teamwork skills.
✅ Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Experience in technical support or a related field.
✔ Hands-on experience with Tableau & data visualization.
✔ Strong understanding of governance frameworks & reliability programs.
✔ Proficiency in SQL & querying languages.
✔ Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (preferred).
