Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with cloud infrastructure and services in Morpheus CMP
• Monitor and maintain cloud systems for availability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize cloud solutions
• Set up and manage cloud security mechanisms
• Assist with cloud resource deployment and setup
• Maintain documentation for cloud systems, including architecture diagrams and operational procedures
• Analyze cloud system performance metrics for optimization
• Lead system documentation and testing efforts
• Automate provisioning, deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes
• Design and develop automation tools and maintain existing automation processes
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with Terraform, Puppet, Packer, Chocolatey for infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with Jenkins, TeamCity, Git for CI/CD
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Ubuntu, RHEL, Linux
• Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash
• Knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies
• Experience with databases like Fivetran, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake (preferred)
• Understanding of DevOps, cloud security, ITIL frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to support and collaborate with Level 1 Support teams and customers
